A licenced and fully-trained employee will perform a required electrical safety compliance check on your rental properties. This is scheduled for every two years in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
Scheduled Smoke Alarm Testing Services
This is a required annual check to ensure that sufficient smoke alarms are installed on the property, that they meet compliance and safety regulations set out in the Residential Tenancies Act, and that the smoke alarms are in working order.
Scheduled Gas Safety & Compliance Check
This is a required 2-yearly scheduled check and carbon monoxide test on all viable gas appliances, connections, control boards and pipes to ensure safety and compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
